This feature provides help in improving placement tact time by simultaneously driving X-/Y-axes and selecting optimal pathways during component recognition operation. Panasonic NPM-D3A SMT Pick and Place Machine is designed with the advancement of head drive unit motion control that provides an improvement in the placement tact time by further advancing motion control and thereby reducing X-/Z-axis travel time. This machine is also designed with the new pickup operation algorithm that provides an improvement in productivity by enhancing the pickup algorithm for microchips.
